May 25 - National Tap Dance Day: Copasetic Buster Brown will perform at Boys Harbor School, 1 East 104th St., 4:30-5:30pm - free admission. Sunday,
May 26: At Woodpeckers Tap Dance Center & InterArts Space Open rehearsal by The American Tap Dance Orchestra from 2-4pm, voluntary donation. Premier Screening of Essentials of Tap a 6 1/2 minute videotape featuring Charles Cookie Cook, Brenda Bufalino and Kevin Ramsey of Black and Blue free admission. Jazz Tap Jam all tappers welcom, amateur and professional... 8-9pm jammin 101 for beginners, from 9-Midnight all tappers and spectators. $5 with shoes, $8 without.
